Allow pairing and bonding to a single device

I am using nrf51822 with s110 softdevice. My goal is to allow pairing and bonding to a single central device. Once its paired and bonded, it should not allow connection and pairing from any other central device but the bonded one. How can I do this? Softdevice just gives me callback on various events and it really does not ask whether it should connect to the device or not. So I am not able to figure out the way to do this. Please give your suggestions.
