nRFgo Studio crashes on J-Link connect (nRF52 on PCA10040)

Brand new PC running windows 10. Installed all of the necessary drivers (J-Link 5.12f)

To clarify any tool that tries J-Link connect crashes. Also same behaviour with PCA10028.

J-Link Configurator shows "J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSem V1.00", updated emulator firmware successfully on the first run.

nRFgo Studio crashes when i click on the serial number which appears when i connect the board to usb (probably it starts J-Link connection). J-Link SWO crashes on connect. J-Link GDB server crashes on connect.

Any log i can provide (and how) to help me understand this issue?

Of course i tried clean reinstall of everything - studio, j-link drivers.

Tried again reinstalling from scratch including cleaning up the registry, drivers, everything. No result, still crashes.
