How to use GPIO pins as second UART in nRF51822DK?

As far as I know, the nRF51822 has the Pin Crossbar feature that weu can chose and connect any GPIO pins as second UART.

I need to talk to two UART peripherals concurrently from one nRF51822. How do I add a second UART using GPIO pins? Is there any code example about that?

There is only one UART/UARTE peripheral available, so you cannot have two hardware uarts. You could try bitbanging one, but... It probably won't work correctly when using softdevice.
