Unfortunately, there is no specific migration guide from one SDK to another. Please have a look at the SDK release notes to get an overview of the changes. This question may also be of help.
Petter, thank you for your answer. While I accept it, maybe Nordic can put it on their things to do? Migration between SDKs can be tricky, and copying custom code block by block is not necessarily scalable or error free. I am not necessarily asking for an automated way, nor would I trust something like that, but a a guideline on what to look out for, particularly when softdevices are obsoleted, would be appreciated.
