Synchronize Radio with external ADC

Hello,

i have a very small device with bluetooth connection which send data every 20ms to a smartphone. The adc is sampling 100 times per second. Because of the small design the antenna influence the adc measurement and i have often spikes in the signal. Its there a good way to now when bluetooth is using the radio? So that i can synchronize the adc?
