How to power the nrf52832 only on DK

Hi,

Is there a way to power only the nrf52832 on the development kit(PCA10040)?

Background: We would like to test a solar power source but we don't want to power the MCU.

The schematic for this board is available at the following link, under Downloads->nRF52 DK Hardware Files:

It seems to be that if you cut the SB29 jumper, VDD will not power VDD_SAM. (But do check the schematics thoroughly.)
