Command line tools install error

Hi,

When trying to install nrf5x Command line tools 8.4.0 (under windows xp), the setup program ends with an error (see nrf5x-cmdlinetools.log).

It seems to do with Segger J-Link driver, but I'm not sure what I can do to remove the error. Any ideas?

The guys in this thread suggests to make sure to run the setup as Administrator and to disable User Account Control. Have you tried that? Also, maybe you can try to install the J-Link drivers separately to try to isolate the issue. If it is indeed a J-Link issue then you might get better support at http://forum.segger.com/.

I'm having the same issue, tried installing nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32 V9.3.1 and got the error "0x80096004 - The signature of the certificate can not be verified." Here's the log: nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools_20170402230945.log

I can install any Segger J-Link version from Segger's website without issues, I tried both with the newest (V6.14c) and with the one that is included in the Tools V9.3.1 (V6.12a). The installation seems not to detect the already installed J-Link, the error log is the same.
