You'd need an RF switch which leads to two different antennas. That way you can switch between the two antenna's and make you RSSI calculations. Just be sure to trigger the switch during a safe time between RF events.
Sorry, I've never actually created a design with an RF switch. But just be sure read the datasheet closely and it should be fine. I'm sure someone from Nordic could chime in as well.
