1. Can mesh example source communicate Ping_pong, Scaling_example, Template by using BLE_Gateway?

2. Please let me know any example of Android Application that uses Mesh Packet? If not any PC Programs?

Hello.

There is no application for smartphones or computers that can communicate with the openmesh out of the box.

You can use general BLE tools like the Master Control Panel, but it will take some work to make it act like a mesh device.
