nRF51822 is not working

Hi,

My nRF51822 evaluation board is not working, here i attached the screen shot's of the error messages i used to get on both the nrfgo studio and in keil. Please suggest me to overcome this.

    hi balaji,

    there are so many reasons for this type of errors, i too got this errors earlier, i think you are using the SDK version5.0.0, check 1). are you using softdevice V6.0.0 only 2). from your screen shots, i think you are downloading .hex from the location other than from keil/ location that is from .zip extracted folder, in that case SDK installer installed in your C;/keil/ location has to be the same. 3) verify your target options configured properly.

    You should never see a chip with CODEPAGESIZE 0xFFFFFFFF, so this seems to indicate something wrong with your chip.

    Can you please post a regular support case, including the complete chip markings, so that we can get them replaced?
