Do i need a RF-PHY test?

Sorry for asking that maybe again, but it is not really clear to me. I'm developing a Bluetooth product with your nRF52832 on our own PCB.

1. I have read we have to do a RF-PHY test right?
2. And that can only do a SIG-certified test facility right?
3. Do we have to do the test if we strictly follow your RF-reference circuitry?
4. Is there a way to avoid the test?

The Listing fee is really high enough for me.

Unfortunately we cannot quote prices from the different test houses that offer RF-PHY, have a look at Bluetooth SIGs list of Recognized Test Equipment and get in touch with a test house for pricing information.

Ok one last Question: If i take a finish module and put that on another PCB containing for example a inductiv charge solution or something else. Do i have to test again?
