how to read STPM32 ENERGY METER Power value and transmit to BLE.

Hi all,

i want to read the power (WATTS) value and send it to ble. i have attached datasheet also. i want to know how to trasmit COMMAND e.g 0x58 through UART. any api is ther. i want to get data without I2c or SPI connectionIC_datsheet.pdf

I to want to read the power (WATTS) value from stpm32 i dont know what values to be transmitted through the UART can any one tell me the values we want to transmit it to the UART to get the power values..
