how to read STPM32 ENERGY METER Power value and transmit to BLE.

Hi all,

i want to read the power (WATTS) value and send it to ble. i have attached datasheet also. i want to know how to trasmit COMMAND e.g 0x58 through UART. any api is ther. i want to get data without I2c or SPI connectionIC_datsheet.pdf

we cant able to transmit address in version 8 using UART ?

The UART just transmits bytes - it has no concept of what those bytes might signify to the application.
