Resetting nRF51822 in debug mode

We're trying to implement initial programming of the chip using SWD. We can connect to the chip and successfully enter debug mode but from that point on (as per section 11.1.6.2) we can no longer use the pin to reset the chip. What is the recommended way of resetting the chip in debug mode?

Sorry for the late answer, but you can write to the NRF_POWER->RESET register (at 0x40000544) to enable pin reset while in debug mode, and then toggle the reset pin.
