When will softdevice v3.0 for S132 and supported SDK be released

I found a alpha version of softdevice v3.0 (s132_nrf52_3.0.0-2.alpha.zip), and it supports MTU_SIZE > 23 bytes, but there is no SDK (current version is v11) supports it. When do you plan to release the non alpha version of sofdevice v3 and new SDK. Thanks
