Is NRF51822-CTAA a correct P/N of Nordic?

My customer offered the P/N#NRF51822-CTAA to us, I tried to find informations on it, but on your data sheet I can only find code QF, CD, CE, CF, nothing on CT. Is NRF51822-CTAA a correct part from you pls? If yes, anything special customized or what? Can we purchase directly from market? Thank you!!!

CTAA is a the nRF51822 in a thin CSP package, with 16 kB RAM. See this.

This is a very new variant, seems all the documentation is not updated yet.
