HW design for WLCSP nRF52832

Hello,

I'm designing a new design and planning to use WLCSP version of nRF52832. I have few questions about this since all reference designs are made with QFN48 version:

1. The debug connector of the reference design connects P0.18 (SWO) and P0.21 (nRESET) to the debug connector. In WLCSP version the datasheet does not refer at any pin as SWO, is the same P0.18/TRACEDATA[0] pin (H2)?

2. What should be done with the pins not used? Regarding low consumption, should they be grounded/left opened?

Hi,

1. The important pins for the SWD interface is SWDCLK, SWDIO, GND and Vref. Additionally you can use reset and SWO as in the reference design, P0.18 and P0.21 are fine for the WLCSP package as well

2. Unused pins can be left unconnected.
