NRF24l01p range and antenna details

I was little bit confused between NRF24l01 and (+) plus version which is better . i want range of 900-1000m. which is best??

If i choose NRF24l01+ what are the ways to increase the range of this module and also i want to know what type of antenna will be suitable for long range communication with NRF24L01+.

I am new to this i got confused. plzz help me with is one. my time is short i want to decide it quickly

    Hi,

    NRF24L01 is not recommended for new designs, instead we recommend the drop in compatible NRF24L01+.

    If you want this kind of range you must use a Power Amplifier and preferably high efficiency external antenna. This range is only possible for certain types of Line of Sight communication, and obstacles will deteriorate radio performance severely. The normal range of a 24L01+ is around 10-50m depending on the environment.

    Buy some modules and try them out at the desired range.
