The maximum current for nRF52832 when only MCU is running.

Hi,

What's the maximum current for nRF52832 when only CPU is running from RAM at 64MHz (DCDC 3V condition)? From Product specification v1.0 page 18, does the value "3.3mA" valid for when I make the most use of the 64KB RAM?

Hi,

The current specified includes power regulators and clock base currents. The current draw from RAM blocks is on another order of magnitude compared to the 3.3 mA specified, so the specification should hold at full usage.
