What are the iROM and iRAM settings for the S130 softdevice version 2 for the nRF51822 xxAC? I want to compiler centeral BLE_UART in Keil

thanks for your answer, but I compile central BLE_UART by keil 4 and I set irom 0x1b000 and iram 0x20002000 or 0x20002800 but my receiver didn't work and my sender sends data over Ble uart. when i set Irom to 0x1c000 my Leds don't light up.
