If I had two devices, one set up as a peripheral and one as a central, what sort of factors do I need to consider to work out the lowest possible power consumption/average current?
The idea is that the devices would be bonded initially, then ever 15 minutes thereafter the peripheral would send 20 bytes of data or so to the central. Both parts will be battery powered so obviously keeping the average current as low as possible is a priority, but I'm not sure I fully understand the requirements to maintain a link.
