Master emulator nrf51822 beacon (Urgent)

I have recently purchased a few nrf51822 beacons. I have been successful in detecting the beacons on the Android and iOS apps. The firmware documentation says I need to press button SW2 to bring it into a configurable state which would come up on the Master Control Panel. The issue is, it doesn't. The Master Emulator option doesn't show any COMs to even "Start Discovering". Am I missing out something?

Do you have any of the boards mentioned in the Supported hardware section in Help?

In the supported hardware section I found "nRF Beacon - Android 4.3" (an app which I have downloaded) and "nrf51822". I have used the app for changing certain parameters. I want to expand this board and hence need to upload new firmware. They have mentioned that the beacon unit is capable of Over The Air DFU using the Master Control Panel and nrfgo studio.

I meant the Supported hardware section of Help for Master Control Panel for PC. Why not use Over The Air DFU through the nRF Beacon app? Who are they? You can use Master Control Panel for PC to do DFU, but then you need supported hardware. nRFgo Studio is not used for DFU.
