Gpio negative voltage

Hi, I am facing an issue with the nordic 51822. I am declaring a gpio as output. I am writing logic High to that pin. When I check the signal in logic analyzer and multimeter I can see that the voltage received is Negative. If logic 0 the signal is 0 and if logic High then the signal is -2.8v between gpio pin and ground.

Someone please help. How to make it +2.8v during logic High.

That is simply not possible. It sounds like you have mixed up the multimeter probes? Make sure positive probe is connected to the GPIO and ground (negative) probe to GND.
