BLE400 motherboard programming

Hi,

Can any one suggest me how to program SoftDevice and Application program to nRF51288 BLE Motherboard using Keil 5? Please specify how much IROM1 and IRAM1 allocation I should assign.

When I tried programming blinky_app was working but I couldn't program ble_peripharel apps.
