Relating HWID to IC revision number

Hello, I have a few nRF devices, and I am unsure as to which revision the ICs are. Here are the three HWIDs:

0x00AE, 0x0086, and 0x0077

I tried looking into the nRF51_Series_Compatibility_Matrix_v2.6.pdf document, but could not find the above HWIDs.

I used that document to help me find the HWID I listed above, but it doesn't tell me what their IC revision numbers are.
