Getting an event on a scan?

Is there any way for the application to be notified by the S110 when a central reads/scans an attribute in the peripheral in response to its broadcast?

There are events associated with connections, but our application needs the information to be updated when a central scans the device.

It's to allow the peripheral to use the scan as a pivot attribute to perform other actions in response to central devices that come and go. Similar to beacons, except instead of the beacon providing additional information to the central, the central is providing some request to the beacon.

Connections can do this, but that takes more packets, time, and power.
