Unplugging nRF52 DK locks Windows 10

I've just upgraded to Windows 10, and I've found that the PC freezes completely (i.e. no mouse movement, no keyboard response) when I unplug an nRF52 DK board. When I plug it back in again, the PC carries on as normal.

Any suggestions, please?

Fixed - downloaded and reinstalled J-Link and it's now fine.
