What does the "twi_handler" mean in SDK 11.0.0?

When I'm using the SDK 6.1.0, the twi drivers works while and I can easily understand the twi work flue. Howeve, the SDK 11.0.0 changed the twi drivers. I don't know what the "twi_handler" means. I just want to read a byte and write a byte data to a specified register of a specified device. Do I need to use the "twi_handler"?

Hi, check the documentation for non-blocking vs blocking mode: TWI driver Basically, you can initialize the driver with twi_handler=NULL and work as before in the blocking mode.
