UART example not working

Hi

I have development kit nrf51 PCA 10028 and try to run uart example example with loopback (RX connected to TX, RTS connected to CTS). Unfortunately, after sending, I don't get anything from uart. Has anyone any idea why? I use SDK 11.0.0

Here is the code (almost the same as in example):

May be the problem with RTS and CTS. If your code not specifically need them, then try by disabling the flow control.

I edited my question by adding code. I checked, I have app_uart_fifo.c in my Makefile
