nRFConnect reconnect shows invalid security level

Hi,

If I connect a peripheral and establish a bonding with MITM the connection security changes to mode 1 / level 3. If the peripheral is disconnected and reconnected the connection security displayed in the nRFConnect log shows only mode 1 / level 2. On the peripheral side the connection security is shown as expected.

I assume that this bug is somehow related to a bug I've found in the nRF5 SDK 11 connectivity code (see this question).
