Internal flash as a Non volatile storage for user data

Currently we are considering whether we should use external Flash Memory or NRF52 Internal Flash. External Flash memory has a lot of drawback in comparsion with internal flash. -Board Space, cost, lead time, software complication, power consumption,

Im wondering what kind of drawbacks has NRF52 internal flash. Im aware of Flash retention (20k Erase/Write operation), can change application software.

We need only 70kB of Flash. Is there any other important disadvantage?
