when 51822 communicate with an app,is the best way to use different services and characters to achieve different passageway or use a self expand protocol on the same service and character?

I guess you are talking about proprietary services? And not standard ones? Will only your app communcation with the nRF? Or should other vendors be able to make an app for your device?
