Don't understand RAM and ROM settings in Keil

I have a basic question about the RAM and ROM management in Blogs section. I don't understand this paragraph:

"The IRAM size consumption is dependent on the attribute table size(see section 13.1 of the SDS) with the default value of 0x600 bytes you would end up having an IRAM size of 0x4000 - 0x2800 = 0x1800."

why it is 0x2800 and not 0x600 please in the subtraction ?

0x4000 RAM in total. Default RAM used by SoftDevice, APP_RAM_BASE, is 0x2800.

So the application is left with 0x4000 - 0x2800 = 0x1800.

Please be aware that these numbers are for S130 v1 and nRF51 version with 16kB of RAM.
