BLE App for Eddystone TLM

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone give me recommendation of a BLE App for Eddystone TLM (with temperature)? Till now, I used the Beacon Manager. But I think the App has a problem with the temperature (Signed 8.8 fixed-point notation).
