ISP nRF52832

Cruising through a few questions about the ISP, In System Programming, in the forum and in both the specification sheets, 1.0 and 1.1 there is no clear documentation to the ISP of the nRF52832. Is there something Ive missed or is this a secret? I have a nRF52 DK and from the hardware specifications of the board I see the 6-pin connector P5 and P11 are likely the ISP. These are hardwired into P0.23, P0.24, P0.25, V5V, RESET(P0.21) and detect(gnd?). Question: Is there any documentation on programming the nRF52832 through the ISP?

You program it using the SWD interface which is documented in the 'Debug and Trace' section, although not very much because it's a standard ARM component. And that's not on P5 or P11, I never really knew what P5 was for and P11 is one of the arduino connectors. SWD is on on P18, Debug In.

There's a section headed Interface MCU which says something about the onboard segger programmer too.
