Heart Rate Monitor example(and others) shows "The device does not have required services"

Hello,

I get the same massage in the nRF toolbox app when tring to connect to both HRM and the UART examples. I upload the hex file as written(did the same thing with PROXIMITY example, and that worked fine), but when i press "connect" i get the a massage"The device does not have required services".

I looked at all the question in the forum which include "Heart rate monitor". Anyone has an idea?

EDIT: HRM SOLVED! I had to send the command eraseall to the card first

I think this is a cache problem. Could you download nRF Connect(old nRF Master Control Panel)? And use it to connect to your device, then you disconnect, this should clear the cache.

Hi, I have the same issue and I have had just "refresh services" from nRFconnect app. Because at the first time I have used the thermometer services (HTM peripheral).
