s130 v 7.3.0 is compatible for nrf51422 or not ??

In compatibility matrix it is shown that s110 v 7.3.0 is compatible with nrf51422 when using SDK 7.x.x. But when I downloaded s110 v7.3.0 in its name and specification documents only nrf51822 is mentioned. I am confused either it is compatible with nrf51422 or not.

SoftDevice S110 v7.x.x is compatible with revision 2 and 3 of nRF51422.

To figure out what revision you have compare the laser markings on the chip with this table.
