Where is device manager module in SDK12?

Device Manager module and all its references is now removed in SDK12. Please use Peer Manager instead. SDK11 was released with both Device Manager and Peer Manager to give applications buffer time to switch. If your application still uses device manager and you want to use SDK 12 then MUST change your application to use Peer Manager.
