PCB layout of J-LINK LITE CortexM?

I would need the PCB layout (it is sufficient the pdf file) of J-LINK LITE CortexM.

Where could I find it?

The J-Link LITE CortexM is a Segger product and it is not for sale as a standalone product.

You should have a look at the nRF52 DK reference layout (the PCA10040 board) which has an on-board Segger debugger.
