nRF Master Control Panel works with RFduino but nRFTemp does not.

I can discover RFduino BLE devices that use the 51822 using the Master Control Panel but cannot with the nRFTemp app. The nRFTemp app scans for but does not find my RFduino devices. I have the source code for the nRFTemp but it isn't available for the Master Control Panel. In reviewing the source code, I don't see any reason that the nRFTemp shouldn't work. Is it possible to get some of the source code from the Master Control Panel so I can detect the Advertisements and read the temperature information from my RFduino units? Also, what is the algorithm to covert the temperature information into degrees C or F? What address/location is the temperature information stored in?

nRF Temp will only shows devices advertising with the format it expects, and if the device advertises with a different format, it will not be shown. Master Control Panel on the other hand will show any BLE device advertising. Hence, if your device advertises with data on a format not recognized by nRF Temp, it will not be shown in this app.

This GitHub repository contains an application for the S110 that advertises with the correct format, so I'd recommend you to take a look on it, also for the details of how converting from register reading to advertising is done.

If you still have trouble, can you please share the code you're using on your nRF51?
