Configuring and running bluetooth without nrfgo and softdevice

Hi I'm using BLE400 board (from waveshare) which have a nrf51822 chip on it. When I want to program the softdevice with nrfgo I encounter the following error: link text

nrfgo can't recognize my jtag. I can program blink example via keil but I dont know why my nrfgo cant recognize my jtag....

***Is there any way to configure and use bluetooth without using nrfgo and softdevice? Is there any example that you can share with me?

The solution that I find till now is that to install the nrfGo on a pc with "Windows XP"-32bit operating system

So it seems that the problem is from 64 bit driver

I test it on 3 different pcs but nrfgo studio didn't work on them and couldn't recognize my board however recently by using JFlashLite (one of the software of my jlink segger) I could program the softdevice on my board (using swd interface), however it program the board randomly I mean sometimes it could program it but sometimes it gives error and really thank you keton for your quick replies I really appreciate it :X
