How to program nRF51 DK in keil?

I could not find a PDF document for APIs and their definations required for me to code in uKeil software.

Please help. I am really struggling over it.

The API reference is part of the SDK documentation that is available on the Infocenter. You can also download the nRF5_SDK_12.0.0_offline_doc.zip from here if you need offline access.
