Debug problem with softdevice!

I have problem to debug when I use softdevice it frezzes. At the moment I debug the program part with out use of softdevice is there any other solution? It the same code with out softdevice stuff.

More information is needed! Perhaps try to find a very shot code example that illustrates when you encounter the freezing behaviour?

I know the code is working. If I just flash it the code it is running(TEST_LED is turn on and I can find it with Master Control Panel).

I'm having a little trouble understanding your question, but beware that you can't stop on a breakpoint and then keep running afterwards when using the softdevice. However, you should be able to stop on a breakpoint, and you can keep running application code after a breakpoint, only not call softdevice functions or keep a BLE link. Take a look at this question for details on this.
