I want to create the microphone in NRF24LU1+, so how to add the audio request?

Hi,

You will have to setup a USB audio descriptor (and possibly use ISO-endpoints). You can find examples of these descriptors by googling something like "usb audio class descriptor example"

Unfortunately, we do not have any examples showing this.
