Network commission and mesh security?

Q1: how to do network commission? do we have to use an Apps to do commission linke CSRmesh? or it is already in a same network if we configure all nodes use the same access address? Q2: Is the openmesh will use something like a network key to encrypt the mesh packets? as far as i know csrmesh use Apps to do commission and transport key. how does open mesh guarantee mesh security?

There is no native encryption mechanism in the OpenMesh. You can take a look at the GATT interface description to see how you can configure your device from a phone.
