nFR52832 Battery regulator

Hi, I'm new with BLE applications and I'm designing a wearable. This wearable will be powered with a CR2032 coin cell battery and I'm wondering if you recommend to use some 1.8 or 1.3 V regulator between the battery and the nFR52832 IC, if so, which regulator IC do you recommend? And what configuration you recommend me to use: LDO or DC/DC setup?

You do not need a regulator between the nRF52 and a CR2032 coin cell battery. The battery voltage is 3V, which is well within the supply voltage range of 1.7 V–3.6 V. The nRF52 has a internal DC/DC converter. You can also use it in LDO mode to save the additional components (2 chip inductors) needed by the DC/DC, but I would not recommend that if battery life time is important, as a LDO is very inefficient.
