Are SWDCLK and SWDIO pins available on the nRF6310 Motherboard?
I'm not quite sure what you mean. The SWDIO and SWDCLK lines are never routed via the nRF6310 board, but goes directly from the PCA1000x module to the external J-Link, so they are not available on the motherboard itself.
