NRFToolbox App crashes when copying Zip file into it on iOS 9

When I try to copy a zip file from my email to NRFToolbox for DFU, the NRFToolbox app comes up and then immediately crashes.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download latest NRFToolbox app from the Apple App Store.
2. Email yourself a Zip file containing a valid DFU package.
3. Open that email, tap the file, and when the Activity center pops up, tap "Open in..." and choose "Copy to NRF Toolbox."
4. NRF Toolbox will briefly open, and then crash.
5. Weep and gnash teeth.

Workaround: Use iTunes.

When will this bug be fixed in your app?

Yes, this is a bug in nRF Toolbox and we're working on a fix. Meanwhile, you can load the file using iTunes as a temporary solution.

UPDATE 03.10.2016

The issue has been fixed and will be included in the next release of nRF Toolbox. It'll be pushed for review by Apple today and will probably by available in the App Store by the end of the week or early next week.

This works fine for me on IOS 9.3.5 but crashes on my customers device with IOS 10

v4.04 crashes no matter where you load the zip file from. The previous version worked fine. What is the purpose of releasing an update if you cannot test it properly? We need this fixed urgently
