Device name with 'space' has less connection success rate

Hi, I have used a modified ble_uart example. I have added 14 extra characteristics in that example. When I have the device name to be 'devic NM' the number of attempts to successfully connect is increased as opposed to the device name being 'devic_NM'. Theoretically they both are just ascii characters, but I was wondering why is this difference in success rate?

It seems very strange that the presence of a space character in the device name would have any implication on the connection. How have you tested, and how many times have you tested? Is the issue you are seeing with spaces statistically significant, or is it just a coincident?
