debug the code and found a 0x1001 search the code and found NRF_FAULT_ID_APP_MEMACC

it means my pointer try to operate the ram those range in sd?

seems like softdevice caused a hard fault. Can you please create a support page ticket and give the details you get in app_error_fault_handler and how you managed to trigger it. Then the softdevice team can investigate on why it happened.
